Tristan Lloyd.

Dedicated focus on strategy, business development, and compliance. Tristan holds multiple non-executive board positions across asset and investment management, the wine trade, and real estate sectors in Australia, alongside additional roles in the not-for-profit space and as an active mentor.

Previous roles include Equity Partner within a Private Wealth Office — with a strong record in portfolio management and leadership across finance, strategic planning, and performance management — and Lead Manager for wine industry strategy, marketing and tourism.

He brings over 25 years of experience in wealth management, investment strategy and philosophy, taxation, compliance and audit, as well as COO and CFO functions.

Tristan has served on investment committees for not-for-profit organisations, family offices, financial advice firms, and an investment bank, and he contributes as a board member across portfolio companies, entrepreneurial ventures, minerals exploration, hospitality, the wine industry, and the not-for-profit sector.

Holding a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and qualifying as a CFP in 2006, he has also completed specialised studies in European financial markets and law at Aarhus Universitet through an EU–Australia liaison program. His long-standing commitment to the sector includes significant roles within the not-for-profit community, such as his work on the investment and finance committee of the Australian Communities Foundation.
